How the math works

Concentration = vial strength ÷ water added. Draw volume = (dose ÷ 1000) ÷ concentration. Units = draw volume × the syringe's units-per-mL. Nothing is rounded until it's shown to you, so the numbers stay accurate. New to any of these terms? The glossary defines each one.
